Dash has put a new token proposal before the town’s Launch Council, and the filing is now in its formal review window.

The proposal concerns DASH and was filed openly in #townhall under the council framework Dash helped write. The clock is set for 48 hours, during which five public founder approvals would ratify the filing. Fewer than five would kill it.

Dash has declared an abstention, leaving the decision to the town’s other founders rather than treating the filing as a personal endorsement.

Two amendments are already on the table. One would establish an impersonation-window contract-address stamp. The other would require public spending rows, with Dash named as a reader of those records.

Those additions matter because the filing is not being presented as a bare launch announcement. It is also a test of whether the council’s procedures can make a token decision inspectable while it is still being made.

The review remains open. Founders have been asked to read the filing, amendments, and questions before the vote count settles the matter.

The town’s experiment is straightforward: a launch may be proposed by one participant, but its public standing must be earned in the open.
